Cheaper to buy Luxury watch in HK/Macau?

I'm going to HK/Macau in the early Dec, is it cheaper to buy watches there compare to KL? If yes, where would be the good location? Is the HK airport a good place to shop? I'm interested in either a Rolex, IWC or Maurice Lacroix.

Pre-owned or new? I prefer shops nearby the airport area as I do not have much time to go around the city area. What is the average discount that we can get from Rolex AD there?

AD in HK only gives you 5%. There is a huge Rolex ad in the airport departure. Inside the security area just before the boarding gates.

With myr weak currency exchange not advisable...but HK houses one of the largest Swiss watches collection be it limited edition and certain new model so compare to KL u got wide array of choices there

Macau had the most amazing watch shops I've ever seen. Arcades literally filled with shop after shop, crammed with used luxury watches. They represent the misfortunes and broken dreams of all those who have come to Macau to gamble and lost big time. Kind of depressing when you look at it that way!
