Can you share what watch is this? Datejust or sports watch? If it has been independently serviced and runs well, then my take would be to leave it as it is, and just wear it for years to come. The replacement of parts that I mentioned I don't want to take place, were for vintage sports pieces e.g. patina-ed hands and dials, scratched alu bezel, etc although one could make special request that these parts were not to be changed.
