I need more advise on this 2 models that i will get it soon, but both i like it very much and i cant decide which to choose.

Some basic information about me, my age are below 40 and my job are those non executive type which i dint wear suits and tie daily.

The watch are my weekdays watches but not daily.

I have spoken to bro Dpkong and he advise me to go for PP. For me, i like pp alot as well, but just i dint own a RM before and would like to try it before i settle down with PP , consider my final watch ?

Just to add on, i wear shorts and slipper to work daily and sweating alot.

I think i might prefer the PP over 005 . Maybe if it's a RM011 then it might be a better contestant to the PP . Or else.. i say the PP. =) but of course at the end of the day, it's you to make the call ! both are fine watches .. !

bro, rm 011 are way out of my budget.. i dont need a super Rm as people said this are consider a marketing hype and i just look for a cheaper model.

if you're comparing with RM010 then yes...not if you're buying RM005. Not a very popular RM watch because of its size. In this case, PP will be my choice.

I received quite alot of feedback about the small size for the rm005, but how about PP size, should be smaller then the rm rite?

PP should not be big. Its a different design , subtle and neat, 40 mm it's a magical size. But RM designs are louder therefore if you want that, you should shout and let people notice . !

To be correct, I have no opinion on the 005 purely because RM do not interest me, hence the recommendation to get a PP instead.

However, a Nautilus is a sporty watch and would recommend a 5980 instead, or 5711 if you find the 5980 too busy. An annual calendar should be one from the Calatrava range.

I did came across the 5711, but i find it too basic, its like nothing inside for the price i pay. 5712 are too messy, before i decide on 5726 as all the function setting at the center.

I dint look for 5980 because of my budget.

Another question is do you think a leather or bracelet look more nice?

IMO RM looks sporty and PP looks elegance, hence I will vote for RM partly because I wear casually at my work place. In addition, if u are a fans of J. Statham, he actually wearing 011

Owning the 5711, I agree that it is a little too 'empty' but simplicity has its own appeal and virtues as well. The Patek bracelet is one of the most comfortable bracelets I have ever worned. So i would highly recommend you to get the bracelet. Incidentally, I am also in love with the 5726.

I used to own a 5711 and part it off to make room for RM 005. No regret since I can get the 5711 anytime (provided the price are right) as it was mass produce compare to RM 005 which alrdy discon. I found that PP are too loud (most of the ppl know Rolex and patek) so my choice is RM.

Both are fine watches and u never go wrong with either one. FYI - to service a RM may take 6-9months and the service cost is higher thn 5711 but I am not worry since I got a fren working in RM as watch technician

thanks for your advise, i also think that our weather not really suitable for a leather strap, i probably need to take care of it more then myself.

When you find the 5726, talk to me first about the 5711...

And agree that the Patek bracelet on the Nautilus is just sweet! Also, the leather straps for the Nautilus are not for the steel models.

Go for rm005,its quite versatile,given the sporty and edgy looks which suits almost every wrist and if its in gold then it is also versatile enough to be worn for formal occasions...Anyway,u won't go wrong with any

As for me, i'll try both on my wrist. Go for which one you like the most and fit your wrist very well. Coz i dont always look at the brand when i'm buying a watch.
