...just blew my mind this afternoon. Sighting it in the catalog pics and media especially after winning the GHPG prize, I missed the opportunity to see it while it was in Singapore. Thankfully Bertrande and Philippe were in town in Hong Kong and gave a private viewing. Spectacular and to me a great value piece.

I will let the pictures do the talking...

the titanium case gives the watch sensational wear. i had initially feared the dome would engulf the entire presentation of the timepiece, but it certainly did not. This is pretty much well documented, especially in interviews and in a very insightful Wall Street Journal article: The tourbillon runs independently of the time function - Vianney's approach and philosophy was to showcase the triple- axis tourbillon and in so doing highlighting the accentuated challenge of creating a tourbillon worthy of a master craftsman. I jolly well believe he achieved it.

I truly enjoyed myself. Thank you to Team VH !

Thank you for sharing...
VH watches are out of my realm..cost-wise but I do like a few of his watches.
This is one of the most appealing to-date..he is a genius who thinks out of the box and leads the way...e.g. his sapphire rotor is now copied by others..

Personal taste and preferences evolve over years, hopefully not 1 full circle otherwise it means we haven't learnt a single thing.

definitely a very impressive watch but a ding magnet with its crystal.

it's hard to tell time from certain angle right with the dome crystal?

Sometimes yes. the hands curve onto the inner crystal, disappearing the hands totally at some angles.

in this pic, it is approximately 1:54
