Hi everyone,

Samasung is launching two new smartwatches. I found it here
http://bit.ly/1cAqlOS
and

They should be already available (if I am not wrong), but how about their prices? are they worth it?
Please, give me some adevices.

Thanks

First of all, to me, smart watches are not even a proper watch at all.

Secondly, smart watch only can work together with the the phone.

I saw a friend use it with the phone and It has wonderful functions

but it feels like wearing a phone on your hand ( Dick Tracy - if anyone remembers him).

Don't think it will surpass the mechanical watch anytime soon through.

Suggest you test it on site, should give you a clearer picture.

Cheers

Agreed it has great functions along with the phone, saw it once at a launching in JB.

Well, its best that you try it out as Jarod200 suggested.  :)

the triwa watch is still a concept, would be interesting to see it once it happens and how expensive it'll be :P

this one is a nice concept, if not for its many buttons - http://cogitowatch.com/cogito-original.html

another one available in the local market - http://burgsmartwatch.com/ - and that is actually a phone in a watch but with pretty bad reviews.

anyway, the only one to me that is interesting is now the new pebble steel.
