Not easy not easy. Both ORIS and JLC only make mechanical watches and never Quartz watches ever? Too simple an answer huh?

In 1927 when Georges Christian (one of Oris founder) dies, Oris is bought by a group of his family’s friends. The watchmaker Jacques-David LeCoultre, grandson of the famed Antoine LeCoultre, becomes president. He is also managing director of LeCoultre and, after that company merges with Edmond Jaeger in 1937, of Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Thank you mr hobbit for the enlightening info.
Did a google search and found out about how tutima and lange is linked because of the fella adoph lang.

This fella worked for lange as their technical director before moving to tutima and created their first inhouse minute repeater. Apparently its the first locally made minute repeater in glasshutte even preceeding GO and lange.  Although lange had already been doing it earlier but it was not for commercial purpose.

Actually the link I was looking for was that Walter Lange actually worked for Tutima before going back and restarting Lange.
