rakuten is just a merchant place for local stores to set up presence la.
the malaysian one has been here for quite awhile, but nothing really special on it as most watches there are posted by a shop run out of kota damansara with one of their guys also helping to admin the rakuten malaysia site.
i think the only way to get JDM watches is provided the local stores here have a partner store in japan.
