Jaeger Lecoutre Watches
« on: October 11, 2013, 07:41:30 AM »
Want to reward myself for a brand new watch. I have decided to get a JLC. Need advise from all expert. A Reverso Duetto or a Master ultra thin 39mm Moon. Thanks

Do u need a dual time function? Both are iconic models for the reverso and MUT lines.

While I have a moonphase watch, setting it up is quite a chore.

Hi Terrence. I don't need a dual time function. Just a simple one will do. But glad to know that the MUT lines is an iconic model. I tot Jlc reverso is the only iconic. Now the process on deciding will be much more easier. Thanks

You might want to consider another iconic piece from JLC as well...the Master Memovox!  Extremely cool alarm complication.

My advise is go to the JLC Starhill boutique and pick out a few that you are attracted to.
Try them all on, ask the boutique manager any questions you want on the movt, complication and then make your choice.
Her name is Nida and she is very helpful.

If after doing that you are still uncertain, take down the names of those models and post up your questions here again.
JLC owners will be able to give you THEIR personal and individual opinions for you to make the final choice.

That's what automatic watch winders are for.

Thank you for the comments. Love the watch. The only complaint is the date display a bit small. Hard to see. I will try to join you wonderful guys for the coming gtg. Cheers!

Nice purchase!
Great choice.

Well with the way the date is laid out on the dial which is not in a date window i think this is the biggest one can go.

Lets see the movement side!  ;D

Lovely watch! Do wear in good health, just wonder how come the crown look a bit smaller than usual size? Is it because of the angle?

I also noticed the crown is quite small compared to others but I do checked with the AD. They told me Jlc never go wrong. No comment

Bigger crown will destroy the elegant look of the watch
