NDTAAN the black one is a ball engineer master II diver gmt. It originally came with a black rubber strap. I only changed the strap to a brown leather one just to have a little "variety". I also have leather straps for the IWC and the Omega. Sometimes a little change makes the whole watch seems "brand new"
.
I don't have a watch winder, I try to rotate the watches every now and then, and if I don't wear it for over a week, I will let it sit for another week till I give it 30 turns of the crown. Sometimes when I gatal and have nothing better to do, I will just give it a quick manual wind every other day.

DC,Thanks for the reply.
Same here,i always like to mix and match different straps to the watch, although I've friends that says that I'm "spoiling" the originality
of the watch, but That's the way I am with watches.
I think a watch winder,at least one for your favourite watch where you would always wear is convenient.
Do you notice that some watches are very hard to manually wind,eg cartier santos-32mm.
I'll give you a tip on how I manually winds watches.
I get a rubber tube(like those for aquarium pumps),then I cut out about 30mm.
attache one end to the crown and just turn the turn the tube!
Of course you need to get different size tube for different crown.
I only do that with watches that has a small crown.
