Dear members

Too many automatic watches, when i type the above topic totally forgotten the spelling of quartz. Have to do a quick search.

Well i need some advice to get a good quartz digital or perhaps a digital watch which has a timing chronograph to time my swimmming progress.

It should a water resistant for swimming and reliable for timing of laps.

Wow its been a while i have never worn this type of watch. All the time auto.

Simple and easy to operate and easily visible.

Your valuable advice appreciated.

Kind regards

I will go for G-shock too. But since you need it only for regular swimming, I'm thinking not to add drag & lug around with extra weight. Perhaps go for something smaller, I can think of is 5600, or slightly larger 9000.

Thanks for your recommendation, the price too reasonable at 69.99 Pound. Is this available here?

I'm not sure whether these available here or not. But, my friend bought the pink color for his wife from eb*y, and the price plus shipping slightly cheaper than the price you mentioned.

I wear this for all my outdoorsy activities...tennis, running, swimming, going out to sea etc etc...has not failed me yet. And the best bit is...I got this for less than RM 100 four and a half years ago.
