Does this means that Panerai is using sub-par movement while mantaining the selling price and making huge profit out of it?
Ermm... yes?
So far that's no official explanation from Panerai/Richmont yet.
No explanation and I don't expect to see any either.
Some comments that I read on the other forums surprises me, some even go to the extent of backing panerai on things like they don't care about the movements, it's a tool watch, good move that they are changing the movements and etc...
But let's face it... this is NOT supposed to happen in the 1st place.
And out of the 150 units involved, how many do you think will get the movements changed?
I am guessing besides the usual active WIS, most will not even know about this "scandal"... sad...
