Hey there Vinodh, its a Citizen 8110 from the 1970s, nicknamed the "Bullhead" because of the crown and pusher arrangement resembling the horns on a bull's head.
Not only is it a looker but it also features a Flyback chronograph which is seldom seen even on expensive watches these days. With a Flyback you don't need to stop the chronograph in order to reset it. Just press reset while the chronograph seconds hand is running.
Locally it's also called the Mickey Mouse and again for obvious reasons. Its quite petite by today's standards at 38mm but back in the day I thought it looked massive on my grandfather's 7 inch wrist.
