(63mm in diameter) and I got it from Ebay USA.

Anyway, I love this watch very much.

But, unfortunately, I have 2 issues with the watch now and I hope someone can help me out.

1. Battery. I when to the shop and they told be they cannot open this big size watch due to no equipment. Is that possible? hmm.. no one can help me now.. sad...

2. When I put the crown to position 2 and I adjust the date, it's spoilt and not moving anymore

Can anyone here please help me and I am very sad that I bought this watch for almost RM 1700...

I hope it can be repair..

The shop that sells Invicta in Penang ought to be able to help you. At the very least, they can take the watch and send it down to the Invicta wholesaler for a repair quotation. If the watch is still under international warranty, Invicta should bear the cost. If not, it's fair that you cover the cost. This should be the case even if you didn't buy the watch from them.
 ???

If it's true that they completely refused to help you, I put it down to bad customer service and your typical attitude of "don't bother my lazy ass."
