I totally agreed with u on these 2 occasions. Don't bother asking for try on he won't let u. he told me, it will defile the pristine leather strap i.e. "damaged" the notch.

i went to IWC Boutique at ION this evening, the BP was display on their window shelf and whn i step in and ask for the BP,the SA bring me out of the shop and stand there to "view" the watch, also never offer me to try on, really turn me off.. might be i dress like Ah Beng, a pink Polo T with seasoned jeans and bronze spikey hair.. :Laughing_on_floor: after that went to another pre-own shop and try it on my wrist..it looks good on my tiny wrist but the lug protruded out abit...Thanks for Scott who poison me during the 1st Anniversary MWF gathering...

Btw the M'sia IWC Boutique SA service is much more better thn here even i also dress like Ah Beng during my visit on last week..

Dennis, you are MOST WELCOME :D

I think if i were the customer who wanted to buy a new watch, i will not be happy to see the strap has been "used" before (most of the shop will not really happy to let the potential customer try on the leather, the best they only allow you to put the watch on your wrist without buckle it)... i guess that's the reason sometime the SA not offering you a try especially if you are not they regular. But i do agreed sometimes they also judge us buy our outfit la... anywhere, buy it from Msia la... lower the retail price for BP here in Msia compare to SG... :p
