The front dial is mainly a mechanical art work. To tell the time, it is located on the case back :)

Hi Donovan,
Thanks for another great report.
I must say that the mechanism for some of these avant-garde designs are getting more complicated every year.
My conservative nature draws me to the good old GMT II from Rolex. It is good to see that they have managed to produce a dual color ceramic bezel insert.
Do you have any idea how they managed to achieve the dual color Cerachrom bezel insert?

Glad to see Arnold & Son is making worthy and interesting pieces, especially like the GMT, and the Breva is certainly an eye opener.

Greatly appreciate your afford to bring us complete coverage of the event.

Danny - unfortunately no..Rolex booth was like packed like a feeding frenzy koi point

Spider Boy - Rolex lighting display had some kind of flickering effect during photography taking. (I'm using a Canon). We thought it was a technology to give ppl an unclear picture when taken. The Rolex pictures from day 1 / day 2 were taken using my colleague's Sony camera.

I always adore independent watchmaker such as A&S, Parmigiani, MB&F, Urwerk, Armin Strom...They just have the quirk and do surprises even the most imaginative.

Hope they all do well in the future and continue to marvel watch enthusiasts.
