deep blue watch
« on: March 21, 2013, 08:11:39 AM »
hi fellow watch lovers, i have recently come acrooss this watch called seep blue. It is a diving watch and the quaility is not bad. and  it runs on seiko automatic movement.i try to upload the pic here
this is the 65 tube tritium version size abt 45mm

I find this watch not bad and value for money compared to ball which i collect but the price diff is a lot a ball may cost up to rm 4k and above while this deep blue is only abt 1850 and has many tritium also but it seems to be brighter than my ball a bit cos it runs on t100 series and ball is only t25
thks for reading. The colour veriosn one is flat tube tritium series

Interesting products from this American company...certainly leveraging on a niche. Interestingly, they strive to create watches with water resistance of up to 3 kilometers  :shocked1: .....at that depth you are certainly gonna need the eyeball piercing lume...

the tritium part is the core value of the watch compared to other brands in the market which is rather expensive. :) :)

I got 2 from Deep Blue - a 1000m Pro diver and a 3000m Depthmaster. For the technology, value for money pieces I reckon.

Nice collection you have there my friend. The watches been with you for long time? The pro sun diver now also no more liao come out new series.
Like your 3000 m depth master must be quite big haha . How come you do not keep the tritium series?

Honestly, my collection philosophy does not include collecting tritium powered watches. The are only 2 variables that I follow in building up my collection (1) unique movements, (2) construction technology - depth rating, antimagnetic, shock proofing

I remember Rolex and Seiko high end diver watch do have the real deep sea tests, and both brands achieved their specifications.

Deep Blue watch still no such real deep sea test conducted yet.
