Audemars Piguet 3rd party service centre

Hi Kindly
Can advice me in Malaysia where can find the really good and reliable 3rd party AP service centre
I had go to the ap authorize watch there said in worldwide only 2 service centre one in Singapore and 1 in euro normal service have to take min about 6~8 month times MWF member please advice where can find the better way appreciated

Probably no problem to get it serviced within KL area when it comes to expertice.. but I'm not sure I would do it if a new watch and you are planning to ever sell it. The wait might be horrible but the timeline sounds more like they are giving the max time? I'm sure you will get contacts from ppl who are more familiar than me with Malaysia who can give you good contacts. What is the movement?

Oh nice piece you have! I wanna check it out The movement isn't your basic ETA.. so def need someone with good skill. I still think the expertice can be found within the KL area... but with a piece like that i'd send it to Singapore for service

Not recommended to service with unauthorized party, you might void its warranty. Who quoted you 6-8 months? I had mine serviced in about 8 weeks (originally quoted 10 working weeks). I think it is worth the wait for such a good timepiece, annual calendar

from what i have read about AP, you'd better have the service done only by AP. anyone else who thinks they can do it might make it worse and then AP is the only choice to fix it. and that's when they will detect tampering and charge you a LOT.

i don't own an AP yet so hopefully others who do and have experience with local watchmakers can chime in.
