The selling continues and I have this unused Marathon Navigator Pilot (sterile version) for sale. The watch is from 2004 and comes with the hour bezel allowing you to use it to tell time is a second timezone. The watch is Swiss made.

The measurement: 42mm X 11mm x 20mm lug width.
The watch will come with new battery.
