strap on the pilot chrono is IWC OEM. the call it soft strap from Top Gun Chrono. You can order it from AD. not sure how much. should be around 250usd.

any bro know the price of this strap from AD?

I love that too and it was considered some time back.
Hard to find and also too small for my wrist though..35.3 mm (if I'm not mistaken)
