How do you see the conversion into homestay as what we can see many options as per AirBNB listing ?

Does it really worth it ? Any bad experience anyone can share ? Any advice ?

I think overall its a great thing. Win win for both parties but quality and cleanliness can be an issue probably cause its so cheap?? Lol
