Property near by MRT/LRT

With due respect any property nearby MRT/LRT is convenient to owner as well as potential tenant.

What do you think the best guideline or ratio in terms of say profit margin post loan service and maintenance fee ?

The competition is not bad as many units are available but still the demand is there.

I think The Greens at ttdi is a good one near mrt. Just a 2 min walk and you are there. In my opinion condos near train stations will almost never die as public transport footfall is increasing over the years.
