How often do you clean your watches?

I will wear one watch a whole day. In the evening I will rinse / light soap then air dry before put my watch back into box. I do this especially for watches with rubber strap like a B & R included the G-SHock which is the strap tend to get easier to get crack. Get to rid off the sweat and dirt to preserve the rubber.
