... since you were infected with this hobby?

Mine:
* I am carrying a watch polishing cloth in my pocket almost all the time
* I am staring at a woman's wrist more often than the other part of her anatomy!

* I started allocating some time per day to molest my watches and winding them up
* I am paying very closer attention to Euro, Japanese Yen and USD!

Haha for me...........i started to focus on the watches on the wrist of actors on movies.....it got so bad that sometimes i even rewind it to figure out what model it is!!!

as for focusing on the ladies wrist......luckily i'm not so poisoned! i am still focusing on the "important features"

I think this is normal...

Jus my fren said he look at watch instead of dashboard clock while he drive

he bought dslr n macro to shoot watch instead of bugs

he even ask a strangers permission to molest their watches

he always concentrate on to spot what is on the movie star wrist instead of movie story

he play his chrono while toileting..

looking at any new deal/ release of unwanted watch from other forum members (MWF, W*S and T*)

looking at buying...buying... buying... selling... selling... selling until

late at night or into the early morning....

going to ADs to try on watches... and the same ADs trying again and again..on watches... until ADs ppl fedup.

looking at own watches and let of cheeky smile

and... oh yes... the currency exchange.... hmmm USD is down....

I have a lens air blower which i use to blow the dust off the watches before i wipe em gently.
I also keep a special cloth in the office to wipe em gently :p
And of course watch spotting goes without saying..

i have a serious yearning for watches. i need to own new watches at least one every 2 weeks. sleepless nights till i actually own a new watch. serious eh?

Ok...ok... I confess !!! I sometimes sleep wearing a watch. Especially with my Ball (

* pls don't get the wrong impression !!!*)......Ball watch la- so that whn I wake up in the middle of the night, with the lume from the tritium tubes I know exactly what time it is.

Although this has not happened to me yet- I look at her wrist AFTER I look at the other parts of the anatomy

After wearing watches for so many years, I find that i do not need tritium tubes lumes. There is always enough light to light up the dial to read the dial.

Now I start to use my chronograph watch to get the time between an order is taken and the food is served in a restaurant! This has evolved from taking how long I spent in toilet!

there used to be this song that goes like this.`I hate myself for loving you'...
previously, when i hear this song, i always say `what a stupid song! no meaning at all. i mean you either love or dont love a person, period why hate yourself for loving someone?'

now....

i fully understand

i hate watch sites like this....because the photos here will poison me...i just saw one few minutes ago and have gone to several other sites checking price, discount availability.....

but then, i still come back to these sites...

so, i hate myself for loving watches!

Bro - I think as I age,my eyesight is failing me-cannot see in the dark as well as I used to.

But are u saying u sleep with a watch on as well

yea... sometimes 2 watches... to "maximize time"

i am not any younger, anyway u dun need to have a super bright lume to tell the time, just enuf to indicate the hour and min hands location is good enuf. furthermore, u r half asleep, it doesn't make a difference even if u hv a super bright dial

Me too. That's the habit ever since I took charge of my kids night feeding time when they newly borned.

Watches always got my attention. No matter when I'm watching movies or meeting my friend . I'll check what is on their wrist. For the latest Jason Bourne movies,I think he is wearing Tag Heuer F1 on the promotion poster nearby the cinema and he also wearing Tag Heuer Link in the first Bourne movies and Tag Heuer Connected show up in the Marauders movie recently. When I'm with friend, I will stare at their watch even at a glance and try to guess what watch is that. Even it is Q&Q or Chopard or somethin'. They can lie to me it is a AAA or it is genuine but I'm sure I can guess it right

The weird thing happen to me : Sometimes I'll wear a different watch for morning, evening and night. That is weird I think
