Recommendation for a Ladies watch
« on: April 09, 2013, 03:38:19 PM »
Hi guys

Can someone recommend me a ladies watch for around RM3k? Its a present for my wife's birthday. She likes the TagHeuer aqua racer but I think it's overpriced. Saw the Longines Conquest the other day but she didn't like it.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Saw this pre-owned 2003 aquaracer quartz at a local boutique. Should I buy it? The price is about half of my budget

a proper polishing would be good and if your wife don't mind having a pre-owned

TAG Heuer Aquaracer and Longines Conquest seems to be rather sporty even in women size. Are you sure she likes the sporty style?

I agree though, the Omega Constellation is a beauty.

Preowned Constellation!!! Iconic design and beautiful! Quartz is fine lar, since I doubt women appreciate mechanical watches and find it a hassle to adjust the time/wind the watch.

I bought the aquaracer, went to TWG at Amcorp mall ; the girl said didn't need polishing.

a good polishing job will return your Tag to brand new

a service on the quartz movement will last a long time (even that people always said quartz doesn't necessary require a sevice)

maybe a full service + polishing from LVMH?
