Someone recommended me Selangor Complex in Petaling Street, KL. I guess it is of little use to u if u r living in jb.

A very friendly chinese lady who seems to know a lot of part and assesories, its worth to visit,
Best before noon to avoid traffic.

Sunday she also womanned the shop

I find their prices bit stiff. probably a 1st timer who needs to build up a repo with her.

Yeah.. I feel the same way as well. The first time I was there, some of the stuff (mainly non branded tools) are quite reasonably priced. But on my next visit, I discovered that the branded items are a bit steep. Prices are as per sticker. No discounts even if you buy a considerable amount. Plus, they don't seem to have the full range of Bergeon tools. That said, I suppose it's still good to have a shop in town where you can just pop in and buy watchmaker tools. Buying online is cheaper but one would have to factor in delivery time and potential custom tax.

There are 2 ladies manning the shop. The elderly one seems friendlier but the younger one appears to be the main shopkeeper. Who knows.. maybe with rapport, prices can be negotiated.
