I need to cut down and consolidate my collection. So I will be posting my pre-loved watches. Just not enough time and hands to wear all of them. I simply do not wear them and have stored them away for months and years even for some. So hoping I can find them new homes and let others appreciate them and wear them as watches should be.
This Glycine Incursore here is a perfect watch for those just starting out in watch collecting. It has got a good history and military heritage behind the brand. The Unitas movement in it is a real workhorse, same as the ones you would find in a PAM. The current models you find now are retailing about 3k and the font type is also different. In my opinion, the older font type like mine is nicer
Rolex collectors would tell you the font type used in the vintage models is all that matters sometimes.
Am selling this because I have finally managed to save up and buy myself a Panerai and since the design is almost similar, it is time to let this one go. It has given me great fun over the years and I get to match it with a lot of different straps as well.
Condition of the watch overall in good condition and running very well. Its got normal daily wear scratches, but no big dents or dings. There is a very small chip on the sapphire glass at 5 hour marker, but not noticeable. The strap has been replaced by original Glycine strap and is lightly used.
