not quite true. i found it gives a mirror finish when properly used and buffed off with the right cloth. i could not see any swirls or scratches under a magnifying glass. that or my eyesight is worse than i thought it was...

My experience has been slightly different though. Tried rubbing it gently as well as with some pressure.. there's always some light scratches when reflected against the light.

Can you teach me what technique you use? Do you rub it in a circular motion or in a straight line motion?

there's not much area to do circular. i just rub in straight lines. i think it's important that the buffing cloth used is soft and clean.

i don't think this cloth can buff ceramic bezels....
