Ok, so I was on leave today, clearing up some going-to-expired annual leaves, and look at what the Fedex guy in the van brought me today:

A pretty harmless looking white coloured box of which it contained:

Hint: A relatively affordable piece that would keep my addiction on check without another dent to my wallet
Alright, no prize for guessing: A Seiko SKX007k Scuba Diver! :

Another shot of it:

I guess this needs no introduction, hence I would not bore you guys with details on the movements, and such. This is not a J model, hence it is not made in Japan. It's probably cased in China or Malaysia.

Initial impression it looked good and solid, I mean relatively for the price I've paid and for what it's worth. Bezel rotates and clicks smoothly into place.

The only comment I have on the oyster bracelet is that it's folded, instead of solid links. Anyway, the plan is to get it kitted out with some rubber straps. This is going to be weekend beater, and/or holiday watch. And judging by the stories I've heard on the durability of the 7s26 cal. this watch will probably going to last me a while.
