How to polish off scratch marks on watch?

Yah, just use scotchbrite and similar unbranded bristle pads. Depending on how hard / coarse the bristles are, you can produce different level of "fineness" in the satin finishing. You can also trying using low grit sandpaper (e.g. 800, 1000).
