when u mentioned brighter lume u meant an initially brighter lume watch or consistently bright lume watch? Gaseous Tritium Light Source (GTLS) or rather people just call tritium tube watch have lume that consistently bright through out their isotopes life but bare in mind that when they reach their half life.. the brightness supposely will reduced by half by that time. For a good conventional lume that is properly charged the initial lume is usually brighter than most TGLS but it then will gradually decreased in brightness.. Even for a conventional lume it also can lasts all night with a proper charge..
I would suggest seiko monster for your budget..
theres a few GTLS watches out there with ur budget but mostly quartz.. ><
if u wanna go for GTLS watch go for the ones with T100 as its usually brighter than T25~ ^^
