The 16610 is a timeless watch, beautiful simplicity that ages well with all the nick, scratches - naturally as a well-worn watch should be - with a plus of that "ghost bezel".
The 16610 do come with a glossy black bezel. From photos, sometimes it can be a bit difficult to tell due to lightning/reflection on the bezel. I think the bezel of this 16610 has the opportunity to "age" further as it seems to be in relatively good condition.
