Does Anyone Know About Ulysse Nardin Certified Seal?

I got an offer for a very good and mint condition Marine Chronometer. Looked at its transparent case back and found the "Geneva Seal".

Almost pulled the trigger but luckily read carefully again and it's not Geneva Seal but UN seal.

Just curious, is this UN seal worthy? What independent quality checking processes UN has as compared against Geneva Seal?

Maybe all the big names think they can build to more stringent requirements so can have higher than Geneva standards?
