Hands misalignment on GS GMT

I just saw this interesting video that reports on how the hour hands on GMT are misaligned.

Just thought it would be something interesting to share and if anyone else can contribute on this issue.

I'm a big GS fan but this is disappointing if true  :HammerHead:
