Seeking Edox advise
« on: June 15, 2011, 08:01:08 AM »
Got an offer for this model Edox Men's 70157 3OR NIO Diver C-1, brand new, but not familiar with this brand, around RM2,3xx. Is it a good offer????

Any problem with this model? or the service Edox in Malaysia??

Thanks for the advise in advance..

My 2 cents tells me...I be better off, if I were to get an Oris or a Ball with that kind of $$

dc
I am almost a recovered watchaholic, but last checked shows only 70% recovered. How?

Thanks for the advise, but Edox build is not as solid as Oris and Ball???

Nice watch but I don't think it is that good an offer. Do check around.

Soudesuka, is it worth to acquire even if the price is lower? To be honest, I just love the bezel and the design only, so hesitating now  ::)

Why not. If you like it, get it. Most important person to satisfy is yourself and not others. As for the quality of the the watch, all watches in that price range have about the same build quality. Hard to say one is better than another.

Personally, i'd have nothing against the watch other than it being a quartz. Built-wise, it is solid.

To be its pointless to ask if any watch is "worth" to buy when you like the design.
If you like the design then get it, makes you smile when you wear and not us.

All we can comment on is the build quality and maybe the movt if we have seen and handled the watch before.

Just to be honest with you, We can give our opinion but remember you are the one who will be wearing this watch.

If you like it very much, then why not go for it. Most important that you like it lar

You had to bear in mind that you will be having trouble selling it later on if you thought of flipping it to fund for other purpose.

Edox isnt that famous and well known in Malaysia. If your planning for any resale, I suggest pay alittle more to get a Tag as secondhand interest seems to maintain in Malaysia.

Thanks for the advise, just that I never own Edox watch before, and coincidentally bump into it during the new hunting season, so hesitating. I think I will let it go, and aim for others

Ball is indeed a good watch, we did the anti-magnetic test yesterday at IWC, no problem, still function

Siodee: Playing with the big boys now after the gtg aye

I'll be checking them ball watches too after hearing so much here

I almost got it when I got my Tag in 2004, but alas tag was stolen meaning ball would have been too if fate was how it has been

I think it was cheap then, not much publicity, something to do with railways was the marketing catch i got, glows in dark, biggish watch

If 2.3k, then price didn't go u so much i guess
