Recommendation for watchmaker for watch servicing

My beloved omega speedmaster date (omega 1163 movt/ETA 7750) has stopped winding and no longer works. I suspect the mainspring is broken. It was purchased in 2008. In 2014 the same thing happened and I sent it back to hings watch (where I bought the watch) where they sent my watch out for servicing. I don't think they did a great job as it only lasted 2 yrs and I have no idea on the quality of service since there is no open case back and I'm not an experienced watch person.

Other than the swatch servicing center, anyone can recommend a good watchmaker to service my watch?
