I think minimum 38mm to 42mm just nice, IMHO 36mm is too small .... 38mm/40mm is today's new standard for dress watch.

Even rolex also started to have 39mm n 42 mm datejust

i dont really go for case size. for me lug to lug is the way to go. anything more than 48mm is a no for me.
