depends on the industry, but this year, in general, should see weaker payout across the board

Buddy,

I am curious. what industries do you see doing well in the next 12 months?

Liquidity is an issue for many companies more so SME's., I hear from many banks that many divisions are not doing well except for SME banking where it is thriving. More SME's looking for cash flow to maintain or grow their business. Or maybe just stay afloat.

I got 1 month bonus but if given a choice, I'd prefer increment than bonus as it is long term but anyway still feeling blessed for the bonus. Cheers
