I do not see how watches goes well with certain type of cars, except maybe a chronograph watch for a sports car, G-Shock for off-roader 4x4, etc.....purely on function to function pairing...
But if you mean if one can afford to drive the Merc ML350, then how the watch would reflect equally well as the car to the owner on his/her financial success, that's a different story....
So if you mean the latter, Gold Rolex Daytona!
