Looking for UK options to service a 1665 SD (great white)

Apart from Rolex themselves.
I have used Duncan at Genesis several times but he does not do this model.
He reckoned it might have to go to Rolex.
To be clear, I'm only bothered about the time it would be away if I sent it to Rolex in London.
Any ideas gents?
