Ennebi Fondale
« on: March 10, 2014, 01:40:08 PM »
Recently bumped into a friend who was wearing one and it immediately attracted my attention
I've heard of this brand but don't know much about them other than they are linked to panerai in
Some ways. Any sifu can share more about this brand? Is it worth investing in one? As the price is pretty similar to a Pam?

The brand is linked to Panerai in that the founder Mr. Alessandro Bettarini use to work for Panerai. He use to 'design' the watches for Panerai (part of his job). One of the watches he had a hand in was the Milli Metri, which most of his current offering is based on. Ennebi history:

They are hard to get as production numbers are small and they are 'hand made'. Are they worth the asking price? If you like the engineering behind the construction of the watch, then perhaps. But as a watch in itself, perhaps a tad to high. But then, watches are not investments. And they are cheaper than Panerai.

I have 2 of his products.

This started life as a right hander but I had to modified to a left hander. Will change it back if I do get a Destro Panerai.  ::)

This is without the rotating bezel.
