Problem with PAM312 crown

I am having problem with the crown as I cannot pull for the 2nd crown to adjust the minutes. It's kind  of stuck and not sure why this thing happened. Has anyone experience the same problem like me. Pls share.  ???

P.S The watch is relatively new and not actively in action.

If under warranty then just go to Richemont service center

Ya. Send it back to Richemont and it take minimum a months to fix your problem. I hope M'sia Richemont service is better thn S'pore.

Has the problem with your crown been fixed? How long did it take?
