I bought a watch at Publika @ Jalan Duta.
Overall, service there is ok, wasn't pushy to get you into the sales,
taking their time to explain the watch details to you...
So it's not a bad place to hunt for watch..
However i heard from others (after i bought) that their prices is slightly higher than other shops..
They told me there is several shop in amcorp mall sellng pre-owned watches too..

Available range at Publika is small. Owner seems nice once you talk a little more.
