Hey guys, thinking to get a ML master piece of MP6518-SS0 double retrograde.
Any other similar budget recommendations?  It costs at RMxxx after discount.
Thx

First of all why would you consider ML Masterpiece? With RM2xxxx u can get a ROlex Sub/GMT/Pam. Only ppl who geatly attracted by ML design would love to buy it. If you not really keen for ML, then you may consider other "hot" model as mentioned. For ML is a very unique special watch brand, for special taste ppl who have "taste".

Ya. Agreed... I just like ML designs... very trendy and elegant... but, current taking your advise to have a look on Rolex sub and Omega Ocean Planet.
Both looks very nice. Now in the struggle to choose...

Breitling also nice, the blackbird model, may be you can consider it, Breitling B01 is thier first in-house movement and power reserve around 72 hours. Quite good compare with other brand movement.

I think Maurice watches are value for money as they have the right ingredients of a high end, good quality piece.
I think most people avoid it cos of it's pre own market value.
But one should not buy a watch base on resell value(my opinion),otherwise your choices are very limited.

However, In term of branding and popularity,  ML looks always behind omega, rolex, breitling etc even though the design and materials are great. This makes me reconsider again...

U need to consider service after sale also. For mechanic watch, service after sale is a very important and must take in consideration.

buy what you like, not what other people think. i find rolex and omegas pretty generic and boring

If you're getting from the AD it's basically standard rate unless there's a promotion.
If you're preferring it from the grey market dealer, there's no "usual" rate of discount.
We can't discuss the discount rate in MWF but I think you'll get the idea that if you'll do your homework, you'll probably get a good deal.
