Inherited Grandfather's Seiko 5 - Thong Sia says can't repair - advice?

Hey guys,

My grandfather passed away last year and I inherited two of his watches, one a quartz Alba, and a Seiko 5 from the 70's/80's.

Went to Thong Sia and they said they don't repair it because it is considered antique - not even if I can get a functioning '7009-3040' movement and they replace the bad parts.

Where would you guys know I can send my watch to a Sifu who can fix/find parts for an old Seiko 5?

Maybe ask Thong Sia if they know any other place that might fix it?
