Where is a good place to get leather straps near KL?
« on: April 18, 2012, 07:28:48 AM »
Hello to All,
I am fairly new to Malaysia, having lived in KL for only about 1.5 years. I am looking for a watch store
I can go to, to find a nice brown or black leather (perhaps croc) strap for my newly acquired Orient
Millennium  :) Can anyone please help me to locate a good shop?

Of course, I can buy online...but I want to actually see a few in person before buying.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I went to the Pavilion on Sunday to check out the R-- A---. They had nice Hirsch straps, but the selection was somewhat limited. I did manage to find a strap I was 'sort of' interested in...but I held back from buying for the moment. Not exactly the color I had in mind. I think I'll try the 1Utama store before I make my final decision.

I'm not too sure if they had orange, but the Pavilion Kiosk did have some nato straps on display. Actually, I'm looking for an orange nato strap for my Airman :D A guy on WUS posted a wicked photo of his on an orange nato, and I just have to try...

I'll keep you all posted!
