anyone can recommend you any watch at any price range, but only WISes can tell you the pros and cons of your selection
you are actually alittle late, about 2 months ago one malaysia deal-of-the-day website offered the black monster within your price range!
luck aside, seeing your selections, you are probably looking for a classic looking sports watch, without preferrence on the machine?
within rm500, this is what i think about the watches you listed:
seiko sport is versatile, auto and virtually maintenance free (you'd probably lose it before the oil starts drying and hardening)
but seiko 5 is too ubiquitous, if that is not your concern then it would be a good buy
Citizen eco drive is good too,
accurate, not too ubiquitous
some might see eco drive as a big plus but i have different opinion
i've owned solar watches before, i have this habit of trying to charge my watch everytime there is sunlight and sooner than later, it become irritating, so i stopped wearing them and hang them at my window(still want to charge them even though i'm not gonna wear them

)
orient mako is oh so beautiful
the quality of the case is superb but the the bracelet design is flawed
the end link cannot hold fat spring bars, so you'd probably need to change the bent anorexic spring bars every 4 months or so depending on your usage
casio is wonderful
edifice = at least 10 year in between battery change (they use the flat battery that we use for our mother board)
however a casio is a casio, you know like how myvi is in malaysia...
If you are looking for something more exotic, there is always the vostok classic amphibian watch
built like russian, can take more than you can give.
the cons would be the cheap folded bracelet and the non-functional bezel
good luck in your hunt!
