Need recommendation for Seiko budget around RM500

Hi, i am just a fresh grad
Plan to buy a Seiko quartz watch around RM500
i found Seiko SGEE27P1 quite suit what i want,
Sapphire crystal, quartz, water resistant depth 100m, and wont so thick

beside this model, is that possible to get solar or kinetic powered watch with the spec above?
and got any show room in KL area got many choice for this price range?

just to check if you have personally bought from them and they are reliable.
Their warehouse is in Malaysia? Whereabouts are their office based? Do they sell JDMs?
