This is the Seiko Presage SARW041, dubbed the 'Baby Snowflake' and I would argue is the true 'Baby Snowflake' as it is powered by a 6R27 movement which beats at 8 ticks per second, and a power reserve indicator at 9 o'clock position with a date indicator subdial at 6 o'clock position.
The case and bracelet is made of titanium and is polished to a finishing almost similar to a Grand Seiko, something you will not find in other watches at this price point. The indices are also mirror polished and the borders for the PR are also mirror polished. The dial has a frosty look which at certain angle, does look like the Grand Seiko Snowflake, but in most angles it has a more 'cooling' look.
