« on: October 20, 2015, 03:27:25 PM »
Hi watch lovers, let's talk about watch lume or show your watches during the dark .... Personally, i like bright lume very much, especially rolex submariner lume, i like it very much. But too bad, i can't afford to have one.

Hi Eddie,

Personally, I find overly bright lumes to be a tad distracting for me. :P

there is no doubt Seiko Lume is the brightest but does not last long...

on the other hand, the Blue Luminescence on Rolex will last much longer but not as bright..

Do the lumes discard "specks of dust" into the dial or under the sapphire?  Is it harmful to the watch?

Hi guys, can anyone comment on what's the use of lume when for it to work it has to be "charged" by putting it under some lamp for 10 - 30 minutes?  It's not like I am going to go "charge" my lumes before going to bed / before going into the cinema hall /  before going into the car after dinner OR MAYBE I have been doing it all wrong?  Thanks in advance  ???

If the Lume is good
You walk into a dark cinema
