Repair/maintenance needed - Hamilton H77665373 Khaki Aviation Air Race GMT Autom

Hi, Anyone can suggest where can i repair/maintenance service for my Hamilton H77665373 Khaki Aviation Air Race GMT Automatic Gents Watch. Most or less everyday the watch will be late for 5mins and I've to adjust it every morning. And as well the rubber strap had worn out, anyone can suggest where can i get a replacement for that?
